Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Manager to help us deliver a secure, seamless, and responsive technology experience for all staff by managing our Azure based core cloud infrastructure, Microsoft modern endpoint management, Azure Virtual Desktops, and frontline support—while advancing the firm’s Zero Trust and cybersecurity posture.

It involves overseeing hardware, software, and networks, while ensuring data protection and regulatory adherence. Clear communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to implementing new systems and upgrades round out the key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our cloud first Server and Azure infrastructure, our Wide Area Network, and the technology in our 5 national studios.
- Manage our SOC vendor, Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from threats.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID helping us on our journey toward zero trust.
- Help Support our Autopilot, Intune and Azure Cloud Desktop infrastructure as needed.
- Provide exceptional and timely technical assistance to staff, including troubleshooting, training, and application support.
- Responsible for ensuring all needed documentation is created and updated in support IT operations and end users.
- Identify and implement IT strategies that align with Shepley Bulfinch's overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, network administration, or relevant work experience is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, particularly in hybrid technology environments.
- Experience with AD, Entra, Azure, Microsoft 365 required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA) may be beneficial.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Interest in architecture or design preferred
